Graycor Capital established Fund 1 in 2013 and over five years made a series of capital investments totaling $5M in real estate deals over a wide rand of asset classes in six states. Fund 2, with a $5M investment committment, was established in 2018 and is now looking to place equity capital in real estate, private equity, and venture investment opportunities.
